With the slogan – Leisure taken seriously – the proposal for the 27th edition of Sesc Verão invited people to think about the importance of leisure in their daily lives.
In addition to workshops, clinics, and lectures, installations were held to promote and motivate people to include activities in their routines, focusing on their well-being.
Sesc’s Art Management Department invited us to develop the visual language for the project. Our investigation started by searching for graphic elements that could represent the activities at the event, accompany the identity, and work in digital and static media.
From there, inspired by the movement and transformation that the experience promotes, we explored different compositions between the shapes. Combined with a vibrant color palette and neutral typography, the dozens of patterns allow each piece to have its particularity and keep the identity always integrated and fresh.
Following the project’s energy, the current logo was updated, highlighting 2022 and enhancing its presence throughout the visual identity, something new from previous editions.
Overall, the design solution reflects the purpose defined for the project – motivating, restless, and plural. It builds on the intent to create a language that unifies the brand’s look while establishing a sense of joy in its individual manifestation.
